In 2005, the Borodol tribal village was totally destroyed by miscreants who attempted to occupy the land. Since the destruction of the village, Dinajpur Diocese, under the leadership of Bishop Moses Costa, has stood beside these people, already so oppressed, marginalized, and neglected by the government of Bangladesh. One major means of support has been the establishment of a small school. CAFE was a proud financial supporter of this work in 2007 and 2008, providing hope for the impoverished of Bangladesh through education.
