Chile needs our Help! In response to the recent earthquake in Chile, CAFE board member Scott Clerk will be traveling to the devastated country to help in the re-building effort. He will identify schools CAFE can help to begin rebuiding so the children can continue to learn.

Scott has a personal tie to Chile. His daughters were born there and its where his wife is from. He once worked in Concepcion, perhaps the hardest hit region of the country. It is there where he will return to see how CAFE can help. Please donate what you can to show the Chilean people we stand with them as they re-build.

Philippines, we see you! CAFE board member Niki Alhambra is traveling to the Philippines from July to December 2010 on a fact finding mission. She has made some preliminary contacts with some schools in the Philippines who need help. Schools in the Philippines suffer from funding issues and often struggle to provide necessary and basic resources. Niki will investigate relationships and possible ways CAFE can help. Bon Voyage Niki!
