CAFE partnered with Centro Educacional Santo Cura Ars (CESCAR), which has been in operation for 41 years offering educational opportunities to children, adolescents and young people to offset the poor educational support of the government.

Father Abraham Apolinario, the director of the program, offered 100 scholarships to the brightest and most needy students who would otherwise not have the opportunity to attend a quality high school to escape the misery of their situation. CAFE contributed funds in 2008 for five scholarships.
